This item was manufactured by the San Francisco Music Box Company. The tune is "Over the Rainbow." 

As "Wizard of Oz" fans know, the scenes set on the Kansas farm were filmed in black and white. The music box reflects that with its sepia tones.

This figurine's extraordinary detail is a superb work of art.  It comes with the original box and is in mint condition.
